These Terms of Service govern your use of the Tugye Art Life website and your participation in classes, events, and experiences offered by Tugye Inc. By booking a class or making a payment, you agree to these terms.
Bookings & Cancellations
Class spots are reserved once payment is confirmed. To cancel or reschedule, contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled class may be non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any class; if we do, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook.
Payment
Pricing is listed per person unless otherwise noted. Kids drop-ins are $20, adult drop-ins are $25, Partner/Date Night is $50, the All-Access Creative Day is $55, the Family Creative Pass is $49/month, and private events start at $300. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. All materials are included unless stated otherwise.
SMS & Text Message Terms
By providing your phone number and consenting on our booking forms, you agree to receive text message reminders and updates from Tugye Art Life. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For support, reply HELP or call (661) 374-4921. We do not share your mobile number for marketing purposes without your consent.
Liability & Safety
Art classes involve tools and materials that may carry inherent risks. You participate at your own risk and are responsible for following all studio safety guidelines. Tugye Inc. is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation except where prohibited by law. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult or have guardian permission to attend.
Age & Conduct
All ages are welcome. We ask that all guests respect our studio space, staff, and fellow creators. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask anyone to leave for disruptive or unsafe behavior.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
